Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order; however we understand sometimes a product doesn't work out and want to make the return as painless as possible. Naturally, we cannot take returns on overly used products or products purchased outside of our 30-day return window.

We also offer exchanges for most items purchased through our site. Please note that exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. If you'd like to exchange an item, please email us and we'll be able to help you out! 

Please note: All discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Gift cards may not be refunded. 

If you're unhappy with your order, please email us and we will process a return label for you. Once you receive the label, all you need to do is place it on the package, include a copy of the original order confirmation in the package, and drop it off to the closest USPS or Canada Post. You will receive an email once we receive the package notifying you that the return is being processed, from that date it will take 5-7 business days for the payment to be returned to you on the original payment method used. 

Only items purchased on will be accepted. If your item was received from another retailer, you will have to contact that retailer.
