I need to change my order or change my shipping address. How do I do that?

Unfortunately, our orders are dispatched very quickly once the order is placed.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, you can write in to us with the subject "URGENT: CHANGE MY ORDER" and let us know what changes need to be made. 

If you've already received your shipping confirmation email, we recommend contacting the carrier listed on your tracking email to request an address update or correction.
